Abstract
This essay presumes a universe that is expanding (growing) in both mass and volume in discrete steps. It is noted that the mass density of such a universe at age 13.7billion years corresponds with the observed density of dark matter (re: NASA WMAP). Time becomes time-line for it links events along the time axis. Velocity-time replaces space-time thereby resolving time dilation. All particle motion is derived from (and forced along by) this expansion (growth).
