Communication is the highest form of intelligence of mankind and languages the instruments that allow mankind to develop and use this ability. Natural languages, math, prayers and imagination constitute the set of tools used to communicate with different sets of realities. By describing this set we come to the conclusion that yes, mindless mathematical laws can give rise to aims and intention.
