Abstract
In this article, we argue that the Nature always have definite Goals that are not said to be achievable by Chance while Wandering. We claim that: Axioms not the Mathematical laws, gave raise to aims and intentions that went wrong. As per Standard Model with Standard Cosmology, we conclude that ‘Wandering Towards a Goal’ is not possible and it is only, ‘Wandering for a Chance’ is applicable. Thus, we have investigated this problem with ‘Wandering Towards an Observer as Goal’ in Standard Cosmology as well as in an Alternative cosmological paradigm; and inferred that there is nothing in the Universe, that Wander.
