Abstract
Humanity drifted from the path our well-intentioned ancestors chose for developing the human civilization. Religions and spirituality were discovered by some miscreants to dominate over the humanity and exploit people. Democracy too is failing the people in meeting their aspirations. Humanity has come to a stage when every aspect of human life of people is governed by the political system of the nation of the people. Therefore, steering into a brighter future needs reconsideration of the political system we are governed by today - Democracy. Democracy was conceived about 2,500 years back for human circumstances of those times for that particular location of Acropolis where it was first implemented. It is still said to be the best form of government, but the Authors differs on this for reasons given here. Democracy is inhibited by lack of quality considerations of its constituents and relying on their numbers only. Time has come when we must inject quality considerations into provisions of Democracy. The new political philosophy so made is name 'Intellocracy' by this Author. Here is how the Intellocracy may steer the humanity into a brighter future. Intellocracy is a new political philosophy for formation of government of a Nation through clear majority vote of the constituents, and provides primarily for free and uniform health, education and judicial services to all the citizens with the objective of developing a healthy, happy humanity as the Nation's most precious asset. Other important function of the government - Economic Management of the Nation, is also taken care of by Intellocracy apart from dealing with social issues such as womanhood, individual freedom, social discipline, etc.
