The reflected entropy is a measure of correlation introduced in the context of holography, where it has a simple and compelling geometric interpretation. In addition to providing a new way to quantify bipartite correlations, the reflected entropy can be used to learn about multipartite entanglement in quantum states. In this talk, I'll review the reflected entropy and report on recent results showing that the gap between the reflected entropy and the mutual information reflects the existence of higher codimension geometric structures in holography. I will also discuss the holographic entanglement of purification conjecture and its connection to the monotonicity of reflected entropy.
